Dec 16, 2008 - With a $2.5 million gift to his alma mater, R. John Chapel Jr. '67, former President and CEO of AVIEL Systems, Inc., and his wife Virginia endowed the first dean's chair in leadership at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Drexel is the second private university in the nation to have an endowed dean's chair.
Jun 18, 2008 - Motivated by the opportunities afforded by the Drexel Co-op, Pat McGonigal '86, has made a very generous contribution of $840,000 to LeBow College of Business, which will be applied to LCB scholarships.

When you say that you were able to attribute much of those to your Drexel education, it makes those long studying nights and dedication to your degree even more satisfying.
Jun 18, 2008 - During Drexel University's annual Blue and Gold Days Alumni Weekend, LeBow College of Business presented the CEO Agenda Research and formally unveiled the new Business and Engineering (formerly Commerce and Engineering) curriculum. It was great to see so many members of The LeBow Network come back to visit with friends and learn about the latest happenings at the college.
