Workshop Leader:
Joel Capperella, VP, Marketing at Yoh, a Day and Zimmermann Company
Marketing dollars for startups are frequently non-existent; yet driving the narrative of the solution is critical to success. How can the well-funded entrepreneur properly prioritize what and where PR investments will be made, and is it even possible for the bootstrapped entrepreneur to make headway with broadcasting their message? The answer to both questions is to increase the ability to continuously and methodically push the message that the targeted marketplace is poised to hear, and taking advantage of the many free platforms that enables the broadcast. From compelling trend establishing positions to the development of an ecosystem of likeminded customers, PR may not need any dollars in order to produce a successful result.
