Recruiting LeBow College of Business Undergraduates

The Office of Undergraduate Career Services enables employers to identify and recruit talented LeBow undergraduates throughout the year.  We work with each employer individually to customize a strategy to attract the best fit for their organization.  We can:

• Prescreen applicants
• Schedule interviews
• Arrange space for on campus interviews
• Post positions on our job bulletin board
• Give you access to EmployOn, our newest tool to help match employers and students. 

EmployOn is a web portal that acts as a “spider”, pulling job descriptions from thousands of websites.  We have the ability to “highlight” certain employers and can have your job description in a priority viewing position.  EmployOn can also enable employers to create pre-defined search criteria and have the system automatically email resumes as they become available.
