Baiada Mentors

The robust mentoring program is key to the success of the Baiada Center. Drawn from diverse business fields, Baiada mentors are experienced and well qualified professionals with networks in the regional, national and global business world who have volunteered to share their knowledge and expertise with the entrepreneurs and the student community at Drexel. Mentoring in the Center is practiced in three ways:

Company Specific Mentoring — Each of the student run companies that are incubating in the Center have two designated mentors assigned to their business for overall support in overcoming the many hurdles of business development.
Functional Specific Mentoring — This team of mentors assists entrepreneurs with questions that arise in specific areas including, but not limited to legal issues, best accounting practices, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.
Staff Advice and Counsel — Students and entrepreneurs receive daily support from the in-house staff of the Baiada Center.

Mentors on Call — Mentors are available for individual consulting each Wednesday afternoon. Meetings are by appointment only. Please email your appointment request to terrim@drexel.edu.
