About SISL

Through a variety of high-quality research and education initiatives, the Sovereign Institute for Strategic Leadership (SISL) furthers research and educational excellence in leadership at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.

In particular, the work conducted through the SISL is structured to generate a foundation of research that will produce timely, relevant, and practical information for the business community. The Center also fosters opportunities for developmental training with business and educational professionals; experiential learning opportunities and developmental feedback for undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral students; learning opportunities for business leaders through executive education; and research opportunities for LeBow College students at all levels.
