Sovereign Institute for Strategic Leadership

The Sovereign Institute for Strategic Leadership (SISL) at LeBow College of Business integrates innovative leadership research with dynamic instruction techniques to advance leadership practice. The SISL conducts practical research that helps leaders to effectively guide their teams or organizations and master their own leadership style.

The Center's research initiatives include the establishment of a strategic leadership laboratory that will provide a series of simulation activities to continuously generate data to support faculty and doctoral student research, as well as provide experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral students.

SISL also hosts networking sessions for area business leaders and provides unique forums for discussion on leadership.
