Current Graduate Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Graduate Program at LeBow College of Business! I wish you much luck in the academic terms to come and look forward to working with you in making your study period memorable and successful.

Below you will find a number of helpful links for new students. I encourage you to become familiar with our web site and program requirements so as to make your transition into graduate school as smooth as possible.

  • Action Steps - A step-by-step guide for new students.
  • Financial Aid Office - Information about financial aid resources, status and important dates used in filing for aid.
  • Student Resource Center - Access to Drexel University's graduate course catalog, necessary forms, information regarding academic policies and procedures, and access to the BannerWeb registration system all are available at this site.
  • MBA Plan of Study* - A form that outlines the courses you need to complete in order to be awarded the MBA degree. Please note that the plan of study form must be submitted to the LeBow Office of Graduate Programs (Matheson 105) no later than two terms prior to graduation.
  • MS Plans of Study for Accounting*, Finance* and Taxation* - Forms that outline the courses you need to complete in order to be awarded the MS degree in these areas. Please note that the MS plan of study must be submitted to the LeBow Office of Graduate Programs (Matheson 105) no later than two terms prior to graduation.
  • Adding and Dropping Courses - This form must be used whenever manual enrollment in a class is required. Completed forms may be submitted to LeBow Office of Graduate Programs (Matheson 105) or faxed to (215) 895-1012.
  • Transferring Courses - Any graduate level courses completed at another academic institution must be reviewed by a Drexel University academic advisor and approved for official transfer. It is the student's responsibility to provide official and complete course descriptions and curriculum information to the academic advisor. Course transfers will not be reviewed after the student's second term at Drexel University.
  • Employee-Assisted Tuition Deferred Payment Plan - Drexel University has established a deferred payment plan for students attending the University as part of an employer education assistance program. Students accepted into this plan may defer payment of the portion of their tuition reimbursable under their employers' program until the end of the first week of classes of the next term.
  • Entering Course Waivers (Statement of Curriculum Standing Form*) At the time of admittance to graduate programs at LeBow College of Business, you will receive a Statement of Curriculum Standing (SCS). If you did not receive this statement, visit the LeBow Office of Graduate Studies (Matheson 105) and obtain a copy for your records. The SCS form indicates which Enterprise Management courses from which you have been waived, if any. Attached to the SCS will be an explanation of evaluation rules. In the event that a course submitted is not accepted for credit on the basis of content, you may appeal the decision to the adviser. No other appeals are accepted.

NOTE: You have until the end of your first term at Drexel University to dispute any waivers. Adjustments to the SCS will not be made after the first term of study.

  • Student Guide* - A downloadable version of the Student Guide. This is the most up-to-date and complete information resource for all students. It includes relevant graduate student policies, and enrollment and graduation instructions. The student guide is also available at LeBow Office of Graduate Studies (Matheson 105).
