Below you will find a number of helpful links for new students. I encourage
you to become familiar with our web site and program requirements so as to make
your transition into graduate school as smooth as possible.

aid resources, status and important dates used in filing for aid.
- Student Resource Center - Access to Drexel University's graduate
course catalog, necessary forms, information regarding academic policies and
procedures, and access to the BannerWeb registration system all are available
at this site.
- MBA Plan of Study* - A form that outlines the courses you need
to complete in order to be awarded the MBA degree. Please note that the plan
of study form must be submitted to the LeBow Office of Graduate Programs
(Matheson 105) no later than two terms prior to graduation.
- MS Plans of Study
for Accounting*, Finance* and Taxation* - Forms that
outline the courses you need to complete in order to be awarded the MS degree
in these areas. Please note that the MS plan of study must be submitted to
the LeBow Office of Graduate Programs (Matheson 105) no later than two terms
prior to graduation.
- Adding and Dropping Courses - This form must be used whenever
manual enrollment in a class is required. Completed forms may be submitted
to LeBow Office of Graduate Programs (Matheson 105) or faxed to (215) 895-1012.
- Transferring Courses - Any graduate level courses completed at another
academic institution must be reviewed by a Drexel University academic advisor
and approved for official transfer. It is the student's responsibility to
provide official and complete course descriptions and curriculum information
to the academic advisor. Course transfers will not be reviewed after the
student's second term at Drexel University.
- Employee-Assisted
Tuition Deferred Payment Plan - Drexel University has established a
deferred payment plan for students attending the University as part of
an employer education assistance program. Students accepted into this plan
may defer payment of the portion of their tuition reimbursable under their
employers' program until the end of the first week of classes of the next
term.
- Entering Course
Waivers (Statement of Curriculum
Standing Form*) At the time of admittance
to graduate programs at LeBow College of Business, you will receive a Statement
of Curriculum Standing (SCS). If you did not receive this statement, visit
the LeBow Office of Graduate Studies (Matheson 105) and obtain a copy for
your records. The SCS form indicates which Enterprise Management courses
from which you have been waived, if any. Attached to the SCS will be an explanation
of evaluation rules. In the event that a course submitted is not accepted
for credit on the basis of content, you may appeal the decision to the adviser.
No other appeals are accepted.
NOTE: You have until the end of your first term at Drexel University to
dispute any waivers. Adjustments to the SCS will not be made after the
first term of study.

Student Guide* - A downloadable version of the
Student Guide. This is the most up-to-date and complete information
resource for all students. It includes relevant graduate student policies,
and enrollment and graduation instructions. The student guide is also available
at LeBow Office of Graduate Studies (Matheson 105).

Identification of Section
Numbers Each course at Drexel University is assigned a section number
on BannerWeb. For example:
ACCT620-501
The number 501 indicates the section number. Below is a legend
of section numbers you may see while registering for courses.
Section 001 = Graduate-level, daytime courses
Section 501 = Graduate-level, evening courses
Section 502 = Graduate-level, evening courses
Section 503 = Graduate-level, evening courses
Section 601 = Graduate-level, GVC Campus (requires special permission for
entry)
Section 951 = Graduate-level, Online (requires special permission for entry)
