| Description: | The Third Annual Conference on Corporate Governance will be held at the Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. The conference will be held on April 9th featuring theoretical and empirical research related to corporate governance. 2010 marks the 3rd year that we have held this conference. Andrei Shleifer will receive our award for outstanding contributions to research in corporate governance and present the keynote speech at Friday's luncheon. Previous recipients were Michael Jensen and Rene Stulz. Presenter include: Kenneth R.
