He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, real estate acquisition and development projects and securities offerings. Pauciulo has represented companies, both public and private in connection with industry consolidations (roll-ups) in the staffing, information technology, cable television and light construction industries and also represents borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of sophisticated financing transactions including private equity financing transactions such as capital call bridge facilities and management company lines of credit.
