| Description: | Performance Management: Views from both sides of the desk presented by Justina D. Green, MS PHR. Performance management requires a continuous commitment between a manager and employee to build knowledge and skills that contribute to high performance. The annual review is one tool in the cycle of performance management used to provide feedback and recognize employee work. Through ongoing conversations between manager and employee designed to guide, coach and support, the mutual trepidation surrounding the annual review will begin to diminish. Learning Objectives: 1. Discover your performance management culture. 2. Explore the process and components of performance management. 3. Understand the value of performance management in staff and organizational success. 4. Improve manger and employee knowledge and skills in executing an effective performance management system. 5. Explore the role of technical and behavioral competencies in the performance management system. Fee: $60.00 Earn up to 2.5 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits in the field of Personnel/HR and 2.5 Human Resource Certification Institute credits. National Registry of CPE Sponsors- LeBow College of Business, Division of Drexel University is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
