| Description: | Presented by Bill and Marilyn Tietjen The success of a work environment is contingent upon everyone practicing both leadership and followership roles. In this context, leader and follower do not describe a hierarchy relationship of title, but rather the dynamic interaction between individuals to accomplish organizational goals. Personal and professional effectiveness is influence at its best. The program will incorporate content about leadership as interpersonal influence for personal and professional effectiveness. Discussion and exercises will be used to identify individual capacities of influence and to explore styles and competencies required in specific case examples.
