Based on his own odyssey as a lawyer, entrepreneur, and manager, he will discuss the skills, experiences, and attributes that can help someone become a good lawyer, why and how to find a career path consistent with one's values and interests, ways to "do good while doing well," the role of lawyers in our society generally and in employment law and policy in particular, and the evolution and status of employment law in the United States.
