Wallace, Chief Relationship Officer, The Relational Capital Group and author of "Business Relationships That Last 5 Steps to Transform Contacts into High Performing Relationships" This program will introduce the Relational Ladder ™, a process of transforming contacts into high performance relationships. Participants will be able to internalize a five-step process to distinguish themselves with every customer and business and how to use these five steps to advance their business relationships in support of achieving quotas, and specific objectives. Learning Objectives: 1. Achieve goals by identifying, measuring, and proactively advancing your most important business relationships. 2. Internalize a five-step process for advancing each business relationship, transforming your business acquaintances into professional peers and, ultimately, respected advisors. 3. Launch new business relationships with confidence and ease. 4. Understand how your contacts' define "their goals, passions, and struggles" and how this will help you create business relationships that last. 5. Develop an Action Plan that allows you to apply what you learned to emerging and existing business relationships.
