Our panelists:

Joann Lublin is the management news editor for the Wall Street Journal. She works with reporters in the Journal's domestic and foreign bureaus, conceptualizing and organizing coverage of management and workplace issues. She has written extensively about such issues as corporate governance, executive compensation, recruiting and succession. She is contributing editor of the Journal's annual special section on executive pay.

Glen Booraem, Principal and Assistant Controller at The Vanguard Group, Glenn serves as the Head of Corporate Governance Program at Vanguard Group Glenn is a Principal of the Vanguard Group and the Controller for all investment companies served by Vanguard. He joined Vanguard in 1989 and is currently responsible for Vanguard's global fund accounting operations.

George Mackenzie, Non-Executive Chairman, American Water Company. Mr. Mackenzie has been a Director of American Water Capital Corp. since August 2003. He serves as a Non Executive Director of American Water Works Company, Inc.

Dr. Ralph A. Walkling, Stratakis Chair and Executive Director of the Drexel University LeBow College of Business, Center for Corporate Governance, He is internationally known for his research involving corporate governance and corporate acquisitions. He is a regular consultant to industry and a leading contributor to the top refereed journals in his field.

This program will be moderated by Patricia Q. Connolly, Director of the Drexel University LeBow College of Business Center for Corporate Governance.
