Center for Experiential Learning

The mission of the Center for Experiential Learning is to leverage the expertise in experience-based education to shape the academic experience for our students. The Center supports co-curricular activities and innovative curricula and pedagogy that engages students and helps them to better understand the connections between theory and practice. By facilitating business and cultural experiences, both; domestically and internationally, the Center increases students' business knowledge and cultural awareness, further preparing them for leadership positions.

The Center seeks to expand existing experience-based initiatives, as well as develop new ones, to enhance the quality of LeBow's academic programs. The Center's current focus is to:

  • Develop the infrastructure necessary to support the expansion of experiential-learning opportunities
  • Expand LeBow College's international experiences via international partners
  • Further integrate undergraduate co-op into the curriculum
  • Develop new consulting opportunities for LeBow College students
