Finance – Dr. Jacqueline GarnerDrexel University's LeBow College of Business finance professor Jacqueline Garner, Ph.D., has been named president of the Eastern Finance Association.
Garner's areas of expertise include investment banking; initial public offerings (IPOs) and corporate finance; and corporate governance. Recent research papers include "Electing Directors" in the Journal of Finance and "Unit IPOs: What the Warrant Characteristics Reveal about the Issuing Firm" in the Journal of Business.
