1. The Application

Remember to carefully review and print a copy of each section. You will not be able to view or print your application after you submit it.

The following items may be copied and pasted into the appropriate section of the online application or mailed to the Office of Graduate Admissions:

  • A professional résumé of your employment history.
  • A list and description of academic or professional honors, publications, and achievements in your field of study.
  • An essay of approximately 500 words. This essay should detail your reasons for pursuing an advanced business degree, your short-term and long-term career plans, and how your background, experience, interests, and/or values, when combined with a LeBow College degree, will enable you to pursue these goals successfully.

Specific Instructions for the Online Application:

  • If you do not have a Social Security number (SSN), a student identification number (SID) will be assigned to you. All future correspondence with the University must include your SSN/SID.
  • Information on your country of citizenship and residency status is required for immigration purposes. If you are a permanent resident of the United States, enclose a photocopy of both sides of your alien registration card.
  • Indicate full- or part-time status and concentration, if applicable. Note that you may apply for one program only.
  • Photocopies cannot be substituted for official test scores or transcripts, unless noted otherwise.
  • Apply well in advance of the application deadline.

2. Transcripts

Download Transcripts Form
You may print the transcript request form and use it to request official transcripts from all previous colleges or universities attended.

You must submit official transcripts from all colleges and graduate/professional schools you attended. The degree you received and the date your degree was conferred should be posted on your transcript. If this information is not on your transcript, submit a notarized copy of your degree certificate stating the degree you received and the date conferred.

Official transcripts must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the university seal over the flap. It is acceptable for the registrar to send the transcript directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions. It is not necessary for you to request transcripts from Drexel University if you are a Drexel graduate or an undergraduate who is currently enrolled.

See "Suggestions to Applicants for Speeding the Application Process" below for further instructions.

Reference letters must be returned to you in sealed envelopes, signed across the flap by your referrer, or mailed directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions.
