Drexel takes into consideration a number of criteria when determining admission, including your high school performance, letters of recommendation and essay. You may only submit one application. The application deadline is March 1.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essay
All applicants must submit a 1 to 2 page essay on why you are interested in your choice of major, or you may write an essay on any subject you choose.
Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sent directly from your high school to Drexel. You are required to submit transcripts from each high school attended. You are also required to submit a list of the courses you are currently taking.
Activities
The application will ask you to submit a list of your extracurricular activities, employment, leadership roles, and community service.
Letter of Recommendation
Two letters of recommendation are required. At least one must be from a high school counselor. Recommendations on official letterhead will also be accepted.
Standardized Test Scores
You must take the SAT or ACT and request that the results be forwarded to Undergraduate Admissions. All students should use the following codes to report scores to Drexel: SAT 2194 and ACT 3556.
* BS/MBA Students:
Students interested in the BS/MBA program must complete the Supplemental Accelerated Degree Application. BS/MBA applicants are required to submit a 1 to 2 page essay that describes the factors that influenced your decision to pursue the BS/MBA. Application deadline for this program is December 1.
