The LeBow College of Business's Center for Corporate Governance invites applications for a Ph.D. fellowship in corporate governance. The Corporate Governance Fellowship is for outstanding Ph.D. students in finance who have research interests in the area of corporate governance. LeBow College's Center for Corporate Governance is under the direction of Professor Ralph Walkling, the Stratakis Endowed Chair in Corporate Governance and Accountability. Fellows will have the opportunity to work on research projects with Professor Walkling and other finance faculty members associated with the center.

Fellows will also receive a graduate assistantship. Graduate assistants receive full tuition remission and a stipend of $20,500. In addition to the affiliation with the Center for Corporate Governance, the four-year fellowship also provides students with an additional $5,000 per year beyond the graduate assistant stipend. Thus, the total 12-month stipend for fellows is $25,500. Candidates wishing to be considered for The Corporate Governance Fellowship should submit their applications before February 1, 2010.
