Custom Solutions are designed to integrate industry's best practices and LeBow's innovative management development programs with your business culture and organizational capabilities. Our approach to Custom Solutions occurs in three stages, each building on the results of the preceding stage. Throughout the process, LeBow's Global Knowledge Network will work with your internal team to define core areas of knowledge, skill and attributes that will equip your managers to adapt and perform in the global marketplace.

Custom Solutions’ Approach

Stage 1: Due Diligence and Human Capital Strategy

In the first stage, LeBow’s Global Knowledge Network collaborates with you to create an industry snapshot — a greater understanding of your organization’s industry, business trends, and corporate strategies— and forecasts outcomes of those strategies that can be achieved through a corporate learning solution. To maximize your program’s effectiveness, we measure current business models against knowledge gaps relative to your organization’s business objectives and identify where improvements can and should occur within your organizational structure.

Stage 2: Learning Design and Development Process

During this stage, LeBow's Corporate and Executive Education team conducts a comprehensive needs analysis to finalize goals and objectives and custom designs your program with the appropriate learning tools. Customization enables us to structure our world-class corporate learning solutions to your exact issues and expectations. Based on the organization's needs, we will propose a course curriculum and format. Your corporate professionals will face relevant, real-world challenges in their courses, where they can practice skills and learn from experts in a client-centered environment. This positive, engaged method of learning promotes higher levels of knowledge retention and lets your employees immediately apply what they learn. We will work with you to determine the best learning techniques-instructor-led, online or a blended approach-and provide support materials, group instruction and individual coaching where appropriate.

Stage 3: Performance Evaluation and Measurement

Once the corporate learning solution for your organization has been implemented, we will quantify the results of the program based on the objectives outlined in the first stage. Through this process, we are able to provide you with a quantitative analysis of the impact that the program has had on individual participants and business performance.

Our Corporate Learning Solutions are offered online, face-to-face on Drexel’s Philadelphia or Malvern campuses or on-site at your location.
