Despite its increasing importance, many outsourcing initiatives fail. The program presents a balanced presentation of the risks and benefits of outsourcing and what should be the objectives and mindset of successful outsourcing. It also discusses the appropriate skill set, how to approach this risky endeavor, knowledge of what you need, and realizing the risks in outsourcing.
