Program Description:
This course is designed to teach the fundamentals, tools and concepts of Project Management. In this course, the role of the Project Manager as well as the team members in managing a project will be defined. This course is also designed to give a detailed walk-through and practice of certain aspects of Project Management. A variety of Project Management topics will be covered, including the five process groups and nine knowledge areas within the PMBOK® Guide (A Guide to the Project Management Book of Knowledge).
Target Audience:
This course is designed to benefit project managers, team members, independent consultants, graduate students and functional managers looking to sharpen project management skills.
