Curriculum

The curriculum was designed after extensive consultation with representatives of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies to meet the particular educational requirements of its associates. The program combines four areas of study:
  • Enterprise Management
  • Leadership
  • Advanced Business Concepts and Technology Management
  • Advanced Pharmaceutical Management
Enterprise Management courses were designed to develop skills and an understanding of social, political, financial, economic, and legal foundations and trends essential to organizations. Courses include:

  • Measuring & Maximizing Financial Performance
  • Essentials of Economics
  • The External Environment of Business
Advanced Business Core and Technology Management components were designed to build a solid core of advanced business learning. These courses draw from the College's extensive offerings in accounting, economics, finance, marketing, information systems, operations management and statistics. Courses include:

The Leadership component was designed to inspire change and cultivate innovation within your organization. Courses include:

The Advanced Pharmaceutical Management component was designed to teach the medical science and health policies specific to the pharmaceutical industry for deeper understanding. These courses draw from the medical and public health colleges which have an extensive history of teaching and research in these fields. Courses include:
