The Drexel MBA Curriculum
Learning Assessments
The Drexel MBA curriculum addresses four measurable learning assessments:
- Integrative Thinking: Students will demonstrate an ability to assess the capabilities of an organization; evaluate an organization's current strategic position in the context of its internal and external environment; and design a business strategy based on their current knowledge.
- Quantitative Analysis: Students will be able to use quantitative techniques such as correlation, ANOVA and regression modeling to understand and evaluate alternatives within the context of business and economics.
- Ethical Management: Ethical management is the knowledge of standards in both accounting and corporate governance. Students will also have personal codes of conduct that reflect this knowledge, as well as corporate standards of behavior, which can hold up to objective scrutiny.
- Technology Management: Students will understand the process of technology commercialization in both new and established firms; learn to create a commercialization plan; and assess how new technology affects an organization's capabilities and industry competition.
