One-Year MBA

Take the Year On

The Drexel One-Year MBA at LeBow College of Business will put you on the fast track to achieving your next personal and professional goals whether you are seeking career advancement or a career change. It is a full-time program designed for an elite group of motivated students from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds who want to accelerate their academic experience.

In a dedicated learning environment that is equipped with the latest technology, LeBow College's One-Year MBA students learn to think strategically from world-renowned faculty and top practitioners.

The Drexel One-Year MBA curriculum emphasizes:

This program begins in July with a two-week immersion period that jumpstarts students' educational experience. To succeed in this accelerated and challenging program, students need the right combination of motivation, determination, skills and academic ability. Each student brings strengths to the program, enriching the learning experience for everyone in the class.

One-Year MBA students participate in an International Residency during the spring. This is a unique educational experience that includes business visits, research, class work and cultural activities in order to gain invaluable global business experience.

Immersion Period

Week One

Students attend an orientation event, become familiar with our extensive career services offerings, and participate in a team-building program.Ê

Week Two

Students participate in an intensive business simulation course.

For the remainder of the summer term, students take the Enterprise Management Course sequence. During the subsequent fall, winter and spring terms classes and workshops are scheduled Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students are not in class the entire time, but days fill up quickly with team meetings, projects and college events.
