General Considerations:

The academic schedule of BS/MBA students will be impacted in several ways:

  1. The study plan for undergraduate courses is accelerated.
  2. The study plan for graduate courses requires that a minimum of  four courses be completed each quarter.
  3. Upon graduation, students in the program receive both the BS and MBA degrees concurrently.
  4. The program must be completed within the specified scheduled time period (five years for native Drexel students).  Students must begin their graduate studies at their specified start date.
  5. Failure to complete the program within the allotted period will result in removal of the BS/MBA option.
  6. Students who opt to leave the BS/MBA program must notify the Undergraduate Advising Office.

Registration Procedure
Students participating in the BS/MBA program continue to register as an undergraduate student until their re-classification to graduate status. This occurs at the 180-credit mark, assuming all degree requirements have been met.  Beginning in the first term of graduate status, students register as graduate students.
