Alan Hecht, Director of Instructional Technical Services

Before joining the LeBow College of Business in 2007, Alan is an instructional design specialist who understands the need to leverage the unique strengths of face-to-face, hybrid, and online learning. With over thirteen years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and thirteen years assisting faculty in best practices for course delivery, Alan was integral in the development of hybrid and online courses at three other institutions prior to coming to Drexel.

Prior to coming to Drexel, Alan worked at The Abington College of Penn State University where he supported faculty in using online course management systems and incorporating instructional technologies such as audience response systems and Tablet PCs into the classroom. Alan received his M. Ed. in Technology in Education from Rosemont College in 2001.

Mike Gregory, Instructional Media Manager

As Instructional Media Manager, Mike is responsible for the development of course-supporting media including lecture recordings and podcasts and assisting faculty in the production of such media. He also produces videos and other promotional media for LeBow College and its programs.

Mike has a B.S. in Audio Engineering from Lebanon Valley College. He brings production experience in radio, working with NPR affiliate WDIY-FM in Allentown, including spot and commercial production with voice and bed, voicing spots and commercials, board-operation, and as on-air talent reading news and weather.

Amanda Golasa, Multimedia Developer

Amanda Golasa is a Multimedia Developer at the LeBow College of Business. Amanda assists faculty with online course development and multimedia needs. She facilitates online lecture recordings as well as college podcasts such "Ask the Dean" and "LeBow's Undergraduate Advising Monthly Dashboard". Amanda also records and produces various video projects and events for the LeBow College of Business.

Amanda earned her M.S. in Instructional Technology and her B.S. in Mass Communications — both from Bloomsburg University. Her background is in television productions and multimedia development. Before coming to Drexel, Amanda worked at Comcast SportsNet as a video editor and at Johnson & Johnson as a SharePoint developer.

Lee Hardin, Instructional Technologist

As Instructional Technologist, Lee will be instrumental in supporting online, hybrid, and executive education courses and in assisting faculty as the university migrates from BbVista and leverages the new Blackboard LEARN learning management system.

Prior to coming to Drexel, Lee worked at Bristol Myers Squibb, Tyco Electronics, Kellogg’s, and Del Monte. Lee earned his M.S. in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University and worked on educational and corporate training curriculums, including Leadership Development, Market Research, and Product Introduction. In addition to his background of designing, developing, and maintaining eLearning modules, Lee is also a 1st Lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard with 11 years of unbroken service, developing and training Infantry and Armor soldiers in and out of classroom settings.
