Hardware/Software Support

LeBow Tech supports the hardware and software needs of all LeBow College of Business faculty and staff for LeBow College owned equipment. Hardware support includes PCs, laptops, projectors, and printers.

Printing Issues

LeBow Tech has made available to every department a high capacity network printer that it maintains for the use of all LeBow College of Business faculty and staff. In addition, LeBow Tech also supports all desktop printers purchased with LeBow College funds.

Smart Classroom Technology

LeBow Tech provides support for all equipment contained within any Smart Classroom in Matheson Hall, the Pearlstein Business Learning Center, and the Great Valley Campus.

Server Access

LeBow Tech maintains servers available for use by all LeBow College of Business faculty and staff. To gain access to a server email support@lebow.drexel.edu.

Document Scanning

A scanning station is available for public use in the LeBow Tech office, as well as the Rocereto Computer Lab. To gain access to the scanner, simply stop by the LeBow Tech office or the Rocereto Computer Lab. For assistance contact the main help desk at 215.895.2113.

Data Back-up

All LeBow College of Business servers are backed up nightly to ensure the integrity of the data they host. LeBow Tech recommends that you store all important data on your H: (Home) or Y: (Departmental) drive. If you do not have an H: or Y: drive, contact the main help desk at 215.895.2113 for assistance.

Equipment Loan

LeBow Tech makes available laptops and projectors for loan to all LeBow College of Business faculty, staff, and students. In addition, LeBow Tech has a pool of 50 laptops that can be reserved for special events (please provide at least two weeks notice for such reservations). Students are required to leave their ID at the front desk when borrowing equipment. Equipment can be borrowed until the close of business the same day. To reserve equipment for a longer period of time, send a formal request to support@lebow.drexel.edu.

Electronic Card Access

LeBow Tech, working in conjunction with Public Safety, provides electronic access to LeBow College of Business faculty and staff for all electronically controlled doors in Matheson Hall, the Pearlstein Business Learning Center, the Academic Building, and the Great Valley Campus. To request access to an electronically controlled room, email support@lebow.drexel.edu
