Communications

Working with Us

LeBow Communications serves the College and its programs, departments and centers. The team is comprised of professionals with expertise in several areas that include public relations, marketing and graphic design.

News

We publicize selected stories on our news webpage, share them via social media and e-newsletters (such as StreetBuzz and LeBow’s Undergraduate Newsletter), and publish them in our alumni magazine, Market Street. Please contact Lisa Litzinger-Drayton or Jonathan Hartley directly with news story ideas. Requests for news coverage generally do not require formal project requests through Workamajig.

Publications

Our team creates varied types of publications including brochures, fact sheets, postcards and Market Street magazine. Publication requests must go through Workamajig (see Project Requests, below, for more information).

Social Media

LeBow College of Business has several official social media accounts. Please contact Jonathan Hartley for requests pertaining to social media. Also, see Drexel University’s social media policy and best practices.

Marketing

We assist in branding and messaging for the overall positioning of the College. This includes advertising and promotional strategies geared towards recruiting new students, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. Marketing also is involved in the promotion of strategic initiatives, the centers and executive education. We are here to advise, guide and support the departments on the appropriate tactics, create collateral and other materials to be used in these efforts, and assist in execution and implementation. Contact Ebony Staton Weidman with questions.

Design

The design team supports all LeBow departments and oversees the concept and development of print and electronic materials so that the college is represented with a consistent brand identity. We determine the best ways to visually represent LeBow College in our marketing and advertising, publications, program materials, our website, updates to existing materials or for newly designed components requiring copy writing by our editorial staff. We assist with printing and mailing needs, photography, social media, and maintain and archive a database of LeBow photography including faculty/staff headshots. Contact Susan Rinaldi with any questions.

Monitor Display Messages

The lobby display monitors in Gerri C. LeBow Hall are available for promoting LeBow events and student information. Messages are displayed for up to 2 weeks. To submit a pre-formatted message, please refer to the formatting guides and submission requirements on the monitor spec sheet.

To have a monitor message designed, please see Project Requests for more information.

Project Requests

The platform we use to manage specific types of projects is called Workamajig. You can log in to Workamajig to submit a Project Request such as a brochure, fact sheet, posters, seminar materials, monitor messages or to update and edit existing materials. Select the appropriate project type and prepare to include your copy, any reference materials or additional information including all due dates. You will need to know your fund/org. Your request will be reviewed to determine the scope and resources needed. If approved, a team will be assigned to your project and you will be notified when it has been opened and scheduled or if any follow up information is needed. Through a series of reviews, the communications team offers recommendations and strives to meet your expectations efficiently. For help with Workamajig, (including new account setup, lost passwords, training needs, etc.) please contact [Allison Chang](mailto: amc323@drexel.edu).
