Adrien Matray is an assistant professor of Economics and Finance at Princeton University and affiliated to the Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance, whose missions include the study and promotion of financial inclusions and sounds public policies related to finance and a visiting scholar at the Fed Philadelphia. He holds a PhD in Finance from HEC-Paris. He has been a Visiting Researcher at the Financial Market Group at LSE and Lecturer in Finance at Science-Po Paris. He received a M.A in Economics from the Paris School of Economics in 2009 and a M.A. in Finance from the Ecole Polytechnique in 2008.

Part of his work is on understanding the frictions affecting entrepreneurship, SME growth and technology adoption and how new technologies affect SME productivity, employment and income growth.
