EMBA Program Features

The Drexel LeBow Executive MBA program (EMBA) is designed to develop the skills needed by business leaders in an environment modeled as much after real business as possible. It is fast-paced, collaborative and focused on cause and effect. Like our world-renowned faculty, Executive MBA students come to our Philadelphia and Malvern campuses from all walks of business — from Fortune 500 companies to small entrepreneurial ventures. LeBow’s unique style of hands-on learning creates confident, effective and powerful leaders.

The EMBA plan of study was recently revised to incorporate a focus on leadership through collaboration with the LeBow Institute of Strategic Leadership, in addition to the traditional Masters of Business Administration curriculum.

The Drexel LeBow Executive MBA stands out in Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia region. LeBow EMBA students:

  • Prove their knowledge through direct experience through experiential modules interwoven into the program highlighting Drexel’s commitment to learning by doing
  • Network with other leaders in their cohort with the same collaboration you would find in the business world but with the diversity of perspectives you often won’t
  • Get individual attention through executive coaching tailored to address their individual strengths and weaknesses
  • Find a program that fits their life as a busy executive or executive track professional by requiring only three in-class days per month supplemented by online program delivery

As part of the executive MBA program, students take classes and progress through the program in a group learning environment. The support system and collaboration builds relationships for life an important benefit to executives and career changers alike. The collective industry experience and knowledge of peers in the program enhances the classroom experience.
