Areas of Expertise

International trade. Primary research interest is international trade, particularly in empirical studies of international trade patterns. These studies help to identify the underlying motivation for international trade. Knowing the significance of national resource endowments, economies of scale in production, and product differentiation in determining trade flows is important for understanding the implications of international trade policies
