The following items are required for admissions consideration:
1. Completed Online or Paper Application
The application must be completed by the applicant. Please note that some items must be supplied on separate sheets and submitted with the application form.
2. The Application Fee
Fees are waived if you attend an open house or information session prior to submitting an application. Find an upcoming open house.
Transcripts must be provided for each institution attended and submitted in a sealed envelope with the university seal over the flap. International applications: Please enclose official transcripts (mark sheets and degree certificates) in your native language and in English from all colleges/universities attended. If your school issues only one transcript for life, you may send a notarized photocopy, bearing the seal on each page. Applicants are responsible for supplying all necessary documentation required, paying all necessary fees, and contacting an agency if necessary.
Two letters of reference are required. Professional references are preferred. They may be submitted online. On a case-by-case basis, applicants may be invited to interview in person or via telephone with a member of the admissions committee.
5. Standardized Test Scores
GMAT or GRE is acceptable for consideration to graduate programs. TOEFL or IELTS is required for applications who did not earn an undergraduate or graduate degree in the United States. A select number of seats may be available in designated cohorted MBA programs for applications eligible for a GMAT waiver. Our Admissions Committee prefers a minimum GMAT test score of 570 or above or a combined GRE score of 310 or above. However, admissions decisions are based on the entire application package.
We accept the IELTS in addition to the TOEFL to test English Language comprehension. IELTS, like the TOEFL, tests Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills. IELTS has Band scores of One to Nine with Nine being the highest competency. We look for an overall minimum composite score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6.5 in Speaking competency and a TOEFL score of 90 or above.
6. Professional Resume
To further aid the admissions committee in evaluating your application, you must submit a personal statement of approximately 500 words. This statement should describe in detail your reasons for pursuing a degree from LeBow College, your short-term and long-term career plans, and how your background, experience interests and/or values, when combined with a Drexel graduate degree, will enable you to pursue those goals successfully.
8. International Students: I-20/DS-2019
This is required for international applicants only, and must be submitted after admission to the program.
