2017 Application Instructions

  1. Establish an account

    • On the Admissions Login page, select Register New User.
    • Enter your email address to determine if an account has already been created with your email address.
    • Create a new account.
  2. Log into the online application

    • Enter your Login ID and password and select Go.
    • If you have already started multiple applications hosted by Embark, select the application you wish to complete.
  3. Fill out the application

    • The menu on the right allows you to navigate different sections of the application itself.
    • Be sure to complete all of the required fields (indicated by an *).
    • If you have not completed the required fields you will be prompted to do so before you can submit the application.
  4. Carefully review and print a copy of each section. You will not be able to see your status after submitting your application but will not be able to view edit specific fields.

  5. When you are ready to submit your application, select Submit your application
