MBA Campus Recruiting Guide
The Office of MBA Career Services provides services designed to meet your hiring needs and internship recruitment plans. Listed below are the interviewing services we can provide to you as well as some general recruiting activities you may want to add to your recruitment of MBAs from LeBow College of Business. Should you require a more customized approach, please contact MBA Career Services and we can design a plan best suited for your company.
We offer two types of campus interview processes, Closed Interviews and Open Interviews.
Closed Interviews/Pre-Select: You review resumes two weeks before the interview date and you select students and contact them directly for scheduling. This is offered through MonsterTrak.com.
Open Interviews: MBA Career Services reviews resumes based on your screening qualifications and schedules directly with students for interview slots.
The MBA Career Services Office schedules campus interviews from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 60-minute break for lunch at noon and a 15-minute break at 3 p.m.
If your hiring cycle or staff resources do not permit for on-campus recruiting, you may choose to interview students at your corporate offices, a nearby hotel in downtown Philadelphia, or over the phone. In any of those situations we can still assist by providing you with student resumes via email or through our resume book. It is generally expected, that you will handle student selection and scheduling for off-campus interviews.
