Director Roundtable: Effective Board Leadership

The Conference Board Governance Center and Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business Center for Corporate Governance invite you to join us for a panel discussion on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 on the topic of effective board leadership in the 21st century.

With the increasing focus by investors on director accountability and quality, the question for boards and management is how to ensure that the company has the right people in the right leadership roles. This is perhaps most important to the Chairman of the organization. In this Director Roundtable, Jack Brennan and Michael Useem will speak to director and board quality, expectations of investors, and the leadership that they look for in and from directors.
