The Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) will be coming to campus on Friday, February 27 as part of this year’s Finance Week. Below you will find important information regarding the test and learn how you can use your results to further your career development.

The goal of the BAT is to match student strengths with employer needs, so you do not need to be an expert on all sections of the test. However, there is no negative scoring, so it is best to answer all questions.

The BAT is a 2 hour multiple choice question business aptitude test.

Students who take the BAT uncover their strengths across a range of finance, business, career and personal competencies and gain insight into their suitability for careers in business and finance.

After taking the test, students can enter their scores anonymously into the BAT Talent Search, a tool used by over 25K employers to identify candidates for entry-level roles in business.
