MS Public Speaking Workshop

Students in LeBow MS programs may join us for one of two presentations by nationally recognized speaker and communication coach, Stan Polit, MA.

5X5 Communication Workshop Description Through this interactive workshop, participants will learn five tools that can allow them to become a more confident speaker in five minutes a day or less. Key areas of emphasis will include gestures, tone, movement, rate, and overall confidence-building techniques. The workshop has been featured at organizations such as Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, the University of Pennsylvania, and City Year.

Stan Polit Stan Polit, MA, is a nationally-recognized speaker and communication coach. As a three-time collegiate national champion public speaker and international championship winning coach, he uses his extensive experience to help individuals overcome their communication challenges. In addition to his coaching, his research on message delivery strategies has been featured at numerous national and international conferences.

This event is only open to full-time graduate LeBow students in MS programs. Space is very limited!
