Instructors often ask if there is a way to track student activity in the Drexel LEARN system. While limited data had been available previously, a recently launched add-on to Blackboard can provide instructors with some valuable insights into student activity. The Analytics for Learn (A4L) tool can be used to identify at-risk students and class-wide trends in student engagement. It can also help reveal areas in an online course where the student activity is naturally higher or lower which might benefit from course revision.

Join the LeBow Instructional Technologies Team for this workshop, Wednesday, April 8, Noon - 1:30 PM, which will cover using these new reporting tools and how to set up your LEARN shell to best utilize the reports. We will also discuss the cautions when interpreting these reports or making decisions about student progress.

Lunch will be available to those who register by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 6.

Who should attend: LeBow College of Business full-time/part-time/adjunct faculty or teaching PhD candidates. LCB staff who are teaching or who directly support faculty are also welcome.
