Comcast Yasmine Ndassa, Senior Director, Business Process Analytics

As the Senior Director for Business Process Analytics at Comcast Cable, Ndassa leads a team of data and process analysts, data solution architects, and statisticians to provide reporting and analytics to simplify how customers do business with the company. She oversees data/metrics design, reporting automation, back office analytics, and data governance.

Prior to her current role, Ndassa was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness for HR Analytics at Comcast, where she conducted strategic analyses on human capital to understand workforce dynamics and identify key productivity drivers. She received a PhD from Harvard University and studied at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
