Ms. Shawn (Puccio) Bort is an experienced executive with expertise in strategy, transformation of finance operations and management of complex operations. She served for more than 10 years as CFO of Saint-Gobain Corp, the North American subsidiary of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, a multinational firm. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, Shawn served as audit partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers with a client portfolio that included large multinational corporations and large public companies. Shawn has extensive Board experience and serves on the Board of Directors of UGI, an energy public company and since 2013 as Chair of the GlaxoSmithKline US Trust Committee which is responsible for the asset management of GSK’s benefit plan. Her work in public Boards has been complemented with advisory board appointments at several non-profit organizations including the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank, St. Joseph’s Preparatory High School and the PA Women’s forum.
