Join LeBow College’s School of Economics for an in-depth discussion with Ginger Jin, PhD, Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Economics and Professor of Economics at the University of Maryland.

In this appointed role, Dr. Jin supervises economic analysis at the FTC for both the antitrust and the consumer protection missions and advises the Commission on economic policy matters.

Professor Jin will discuss her position at the FTC, the importance of economics and economists at the FTC, and the critical role the FTC plays in merger and acquisition (M&A) and other business activity.
