Business Analytics Speaker Series: UPS, Jack Levis: Senior Director, Process Management

Jack has 40 years management experience at UPS. He currently oversees UPS’ Advanced Analytics and Operations Research groups, and works in Corporate Engineering, where he is responsible for creating and executing a vision for operations planning, control, and monitoring processes and systems. Jack led the four-year long development of ORION, a 1,000 page algorithm and system that determines the most efficient delivery route for UPS drivers and has been called the world’s largest operation research project.
