Join Dr. George Tsetsekos, Francis Professor of Finance and Dean Emeritus, and David Yost, Former President and CEO of AmerisourceBergen, on Thursday November 3rd from 12-1:15pm in Malvern for an Executive Business Briefing discussion on “Challenges in the Boardroom.”

David Yost served for 14 years as CEO of AmerisourceBergen Co one of the nation’s largest distributor of pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical packaging and health care consulting services. During his tenure revenues grew from $5B to $78Bn and for several years the company was ranked as one of the top performers by Bloomberg and by Fortune Magazine. Harvard Business Review in Jan 2013 listed David as one of the “100 Best CEOs in the World.” After his retirement in 2011, David served on the Board of Directors of several companies including Exelis, Aetna and EDS. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Bank of America, Tyco International and Marsh &McLennan. He is an advocate for Board transparency and accountability and he is frequent speaker on matters related to Executive Compensation and Performance. David is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and holds an MBA from UCLA.
