SQL II Workshop

Management Information Systems Organization (MISO) invites you to get some SQL experience using Access. We are hosting a series of two workshops, on April 12th (Wednesday) and on April 19th (Wednesday). We will be using a real database and exploring different ways to use Access functionalities in order to modify the tables, link them, and create reports.

During our first workshop, we will be covering the following concepts: filters, order by, between, like function. These would be applied on both individual tables and different types of joined tables.

Our second workshop will build upon the information that we are presenting at the first workshop. After a short recap, we will be covering the following concepts: distinct, top, group by, having. In the same manner, these would be applied on both individual tables and different types of joined tables.

Students are not required to attend the SQL I Workshop in order to attend SQL II.
