More than 250,000 Syrians have lost their lives in four and a half years of armed conflict, which began with anti-government protests before escalating into a full-scale civil war. More than 11 million others have been forced from their homes and many of them live right here in local Philadelphia neighborhoods.

‘Drexel with Syria’ would like to cordially invite you to join this movement to raise money and awareness as well as to stand with those in need. Help us reach our goal of $4,000! One hundred percent of all proceeds will go to Save the Children. To donate directly: (1) Online Donation OR (2) Venmo: DrexelwSyria.

GOOD DEED ALERT! Also, we need your help on 6/2/17. Please give your time and talents at the event: Bring food to share or consider performing (i.e. sing, dance, poetry, etc.). Join us as organizations from all over campus come together to share glimpses of our cultures through food and all different types of performances!

We will announce our final amount raised during the event!
