This summer, travel to London and Geneva and consult for an international company! Students will work in groups to develop a marketing campaign, spread brand awareness, and use analytics to increase website traffic and online sales.
The client for this course is SEP Jordan, a social-impact fashion design company. SEP Jordan’s products are hand-crafted by women refugees in Jordan. The company contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 through empowering its artisans in the Middle East, promoting cultural awareness, and implementing environmentally friendly production methods. While SEP Jordan’s production occurs in Jordan, its management offices are located in London, United Kingdom and Geneva, Switzerland.
The first part of the course will take place on campus, with student consultant-client interaction facilitated virtually. After completing ten weeks of distance consulting, students will first travel to London to join SEP Jordan staff for various Fashion Week 2018 events. Then, the group will transfer to Geneva to meet with the founder and CEO and deliver final presentations.
This course is open to all undergraduate students at Drexel University. Priority will be given to pre-juniors, juniors, and seniors majoring and minoring in business, analytics, marketing, design & merchandising, computer science, international studies, and communications.
Join us for an information session about participating in this exciting international consulting course and residency this summer!
