| Description: | Jennifer Dempsey Fox, JD, MBA, CFP® Wealth Manager J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management Jennifer has over sixteen years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a Wealth Manager for J.P. Morgan's Private Wealth Management group in Philadelphia. Jennifer provides comprehensive wealth services focused on investments, banking, fiduciary and wealth transfer advice for high net worth clients and their families. Most recently, Jennifer was a consultant to Wharton's Aresty Institute for Executive Education. As a consultant, she partnered with the staff and faculty to develop Wealth Management programming for financial advisors and their clients. As Regional Director for Wachovia's Wealth Management team in suburban Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer led a team of over 30 investment, trust, charitable and banking advisors. She managed the sales process, revenue, balance sheet and profitability for this $40 million revenue team. Jennifer grew revenue over 20% per year and consistently finished as a top team measured by profitability to plan. Jennifer launched Wachovia's Financial Planning Group in Philadelphia. Jennifer has counseled affluent families, closely held businesses and corporate executives on such comprehensive financial matters as the design and implementation of retirement strategies, income tax planning and preparation, insurance consulting, investment planning, family wealth transfer and estate planning and philanthropic planning. Jennifer has also worked with clients to develop succession plans for art, antiques and collectibles. As Manager in the Philadelphia Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Tax Department, Jennifer worked with the five largest family groups and their related entities. Jennifer provided tax advice and planning for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations and private foundations. She helped clients establish over 10 private foundations and provided direct administration for 2. Jennifer also co-founded Brave Spirits with her husband in 2007. Brave Spirits produces 100% American made vodka, whiskey, rum and gin. The mission of the company is to support the men and women who serve; our military, our police and our firefighters. Brave Spirits donates $2 from every bottle sold to The Brave Spirits Foundation which donates the contributions to charities that support the men and women who serve. Jennifer is Director of The Brave Spirits Foundation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University's Fox School of Business. She has her Certified Financial Planner designation. Jennifer has been quoted in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal. She has served on the board of Settlement Music School and The Print Center. She was co-Chair for the 2008 American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Campaign and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
