During the Spring 2016 Directors Academy program, titled “Transforming the Boardroom”, board-ready individuals or those serving on their first board gained key perspectives on trends on corporate governance from leading executives, corporate directors, policy makers, legal and financial services experts, and academic professionals. Six individuals were awarded a Certificate in Director education upon completion of the program.
