The Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship Presents
“Finding Your Fit in an Entrepreneurial Venture - A Scientific Approach to Growing Your Team”

February 29, 2012
8:30 a.m. - Noon (Continental breakfast available at 8:15 a.m.)
Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship
3225 Arch Street, Ground Floor
Drexel University's Main Campus

Getting the right people on the bus is one of the greatest challenges for every entrepreneurial venture. Limited financial resources often compounds this challenge and makes it even more imperative to hire and train folks who are a good fit and provide value to the organization.

Building on a 35-year foundation of research by Dr. Janice Presser and Dr. Jack Gerber, the Gabriel Institute created and validated technology that measures how people interact in teams. The resulting TGI Role-Based Assessment™ (RBA) incorporates a range of predictable individual and group performance variables that have not been directly measured by other forms of assessment:

• Coherence: expressed as positive, flexible, constructive teaming behaviors
• Role: the affinity for specific modes of service to an organization
• Teaming Characteristics: individual styles of responding and relating to others
• Job-fit: the right people performing the right tasks
• Role-pairing: known, replicable synergies between specific Roles

Attend this Seminar in Entrepreneurial Excellence to:

 Choose better people!
 Build better teams!
 Drive better performance!

This Seminar in Entrepreneurial Excellence is a two-part experience. Participants will complete the Gabriel Institute Role-Based Assessment™ online by February 27. A Self-Directed Report that outlines areas in which they excel and areas where improvement would be beneficial will be generated. These reports will be brought to the seminar on February 29 and the results will be discussed to reveal to participants the process for adding the right team members to help their growing businesses succeed.

Bruce H. Rubin is a principal in the consulting company BHR Global Associates, Inc.; a partner in the consulting company Nenko Advisors International, LLC; and an agent for The Gabriel Institute and its Role Based Assessment. Workshop Leader: Bechara Jaoudeh

Is there anyone out there who still wants to say that being on Google+ doesn't matter? Anyone? Because when being on Google+ means that you potentially can have your Google+ page leap to the top in those sidebar results, Google+ matters. It matters more than ever before.

This is a quote from Danny Sullivan of Search Engine Land. His words mirror the sentiments of many experts in search marketing. Google+ is integrated into the world's most powerful search engine - Google. Think about what that means for your business. You will miss out if you don't get involved with Google+ now.

Attend this workshop to find out:
• Why your business should have a Google+ page and how to use that page to drive business
• How Google+ features affect search and how it helps customers find your business online
• How to develop an effective content strategy to keep followers engaged
• Why and how creating authorship gives you an advantage
• What other brands are doing successfully on Google+

You will walk away from this workshop with all the details you need to get started and build a thriving presence on Google+.

Bechara Jaoudeh is a Philly Marketing Labs co-founder and the owner of BagelSpice, a food product business driven solely through social media efforts. His product has garnered national attention from the likes of MSNBC and the Hungry Girl Newsletter. At Philly Marketing Labs, he coordinates and drives the tracking and analysis of social media and digital marketing campaigns for Philly Marketing Labs clients.
